","Outcome: By 2025, there is improved wellbeing for 69,000 members of vulnerable Maasai communities, through greater income, voice, rights and access to natural resources, increased tolerance to living with predators & elephants, and more equitable and sustainable natural resource governance systems within wildlife corridors.   Output 1: By 2025, 4 community managed conservation areas in Kenya & Tanzania are under improved & inclusive governance, with effective participation & empowerment of vulnerable sectors of the communities (Elangata and Narosua ranches in greater Loita, Shompole in Kenya, and Lake Natron in Tanzania).  Output 2: By 2025, at least ~1,600 km² priority areas within the geoscope are under effective community management providing sustainable & equitable services to local men & women & free movement of wide-ranging species, with reduced HWC & zero poaching.  Output 3: By 2025, effective implementation & coordination of cross-border activities & natural resource use policies based on transboundary collaboration at local, national & regional level, through at least 5 transboundary meetings and 2 transboundary patrols per year.  Output 4: By 2025, >25% of target communities and at least 1,500 women, are implementing, or on clear pathway, to commercially viable, sustainable, locally appropriate, wildlife compatible business enterprises, with value added products.
