It will also contribute to wider learning on ‘what works’. \n \nThe JTWS consortium will collaborate closely with The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning service provider engaged by the FCDO to support this programme of work. The MEL lead will be responsible for overseeing successful delivery of programme MEL, tracking impacts, and working with consortium partners to ensure a learning centred programme following FCDO’s best practice in adaptive management, and driven by the goal of transformative impact against a robust and well-tested theory of change.
