The goal is not just to bring innovations to scale in a project, but to work with public and private actors to develop systems and capacity for countries to scale innovations repeatedly and with much greater reach. The project will implement diagnostics in at least two countries in East and Southern Africa to assess the gaps and opportunities that exist for scaling innovation into country partner processes.
